Article 1. Delivery

1.1. Delivery times: We undertake to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We make every effort to deliver quickly, generally within 3 to 7 working days from confirmation of your order. Depending on the time of day the order is placed and the delivery zone, the delivery time may be shorter. Please note that delivery times may vary according to destination, logistical constraints and external conditions beyond our control.

1.2 Delivery zones: We deliver our products to several countries. The European zone is covered. Countries outside the European zone are managed on a case-by-case basis according to shipping constraints and costs.

Article 2. Delivery tracking

2.1. Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. This willenable you to track your parcel until delivery.

2.2. Responsibility for delivery: We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered correctly. However, in the event of loss, theft or damage caused by the carrier, please contact us immediately so that we can take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. We accept no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Article 3. Shipping costs

3.1 Calculation of shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated according to several factors, such as the delivery destination, the weight of the package and the delivery options selected. We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable and competitive to provide you with the best possible service. Details of delivery charges will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. All taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer on a case-by-case basis.

3.2. Additional shipping costs: In certain cases, when shipping costs exceed 3€ for France and exceed 8€ for all other countries, or exceed the total amount of the order placed on our site, we reserve the right to ask the customer to cover additional shipping costs. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account actual shipping costs and the specific destination.

3.3. Notification of additional shipping costs: If additional shipping costs are applicable to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option of accepting the additional charges or cancelling your order. We work closely with our customers to find individually tailored and fair solutions, and are committed to providing transparent information about shipping costs and to communicating with you clearly and accurately about any charges that may apply to your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we always strive to offer a reliable and affordable delivery service.

3.4 Original shipping charges: Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

3.5 In the event of your order being returned to our psoteal address for one of the following reasons, shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded:

- lack of access or addressing

- recipient unknown at address

- envelope refused by recipient

- envelope notified and not claimed

Article 4. Returns

4.1. Return policy : Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products to obtain a return authorization. Returns are accepted for the following reasons: products damaged during delivery, ordering errors on our part or defective products. Any returns for reasons other than those listed above will be subject to our prior approval.

4.2. Return conditions : Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and accompanied by all original accessories and packaging. Items returned incomplete or damaged will not be refunded.

4.3. Return procedure : To return an item, please contact us for return instructions specific to your situation. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of error on our part or defective products.

4.4. Refunds : Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of items returned in accordance with our conditions. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used when the order was placed.

4.5 : Exchanges and returns : Exchange in the form of an online store credit : Returns made after 30 days from the order dispatch date may be eligible for an exchange in the form of an online store credit. This credit can be used to make future purchases on our site.

4.6 : Limitation of returns : We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed more than 90 days ago from the date of shipment. It is therefore important to contact us promptly if you wish to return an item.

4.7 Refused returns:
  • Custom tattoos cannot be returned. This includes professional orders.

5. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. As a general rule, deliveries are estimated to take between 3 and 20 working days:

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 working days.
  • Europe: 5 to 12 working days.
  • International: 8 to 20 working days.

    The estimates transmitted on the site can in no case be considered as acquired; they give an estimate without any certainty.

5.1 Delivery delays

We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur and are beyond our control, in particular in the event of :

  • Logistical or customs problems.
  • Weather-related disruptions.
  • Strikes or other industrial action affecting postal services.
  • National holidays or busy periods.
  • Vacation periods
  • As well as other unknown reasons.

5.2 Refund policy

In the event of non-receipt of the parcel, refunds will only be eligible after a period of 45 days from the date of dispatch. This period allows for any exceptional delays. When a parcel is indicated by the tracking system as "delivered", it cannot be reimbursed. The customer will have to open a claim and provide us with proof of the claim from his post office to be eligible for a refund.

5.3 Claims procedure

If your parcel has not been delivered within the time limit indicated, please follow the procedure below:

  • Contact our customer service department with your order number.
  • Provide all relevant information regarding the non-receipt of the package.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.

If after 45 days the package has still not been delivered, a full refund will be made or a new shipment will be offered, depending on your preference.

5.4 Exclusions of liability

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, as mentioned above. Nevertheless, we undertake to do our utmost to resolve any delivery problems as quickly as possible.
