Our range is designed to offer a temporary tattoo with a wear duration of between 3 and 14 days maximum, depending on the placement and the care given to the tattoo. These tattoos are made with quality inks and advanced technology to ensure a durable hold without compromising your skin's comfort.

Small Size (Tattoo of 30mm x 30mm):

These tattoos are designed to last and offer an exceptional hold on your skin. Enjoy our unique motifs and designs for just €5.90. Some items may fall within a price range of €4.90 to €6.90. In addition, promotions may be applied depending on the period.

Medium Size (Tattoo of 50mm x 50mm and Tattoo of 85mm x 40mm):

Our medium-sized tattoos are available in two dimensions and offer a hold of up to 14 days, depending on the placement and the care given to the tattoo. Choose from our varied motifs for just €8.90 (50mm x 50mm) and €12.90 (85mm x 40mm). Some items may fall within a price range of €6.90 to €12.90. In addition, promotions may be applied depending on the period.

Large Size (Tattoo of 100mm x 100mm and Tattoo of 150mm x 100mm):

Our large-sized tattoos are perfect for making a bold statement. Enjoy a durable hold and a wide variety of motifs for €17.90 (100mm x 100mm) and €23.90 (150mm x 100mm). Some items may fall within a price range of €13.90 to €23.90. In addition, promotions may be applied depending on the period.

We also create tattoo PACKS whose prices may vary depending on the number of tattoos and their size.

Notice of Price Changes: please note that our product prices are subject to change without notice. These changes may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to seasonal promotions, sales, and private sales. During these special periods, our usual rates may be temporarily reduced to offer benefits to customers. We recommend regularly checking our site to stay informed of any price changes and to take advantage of available offers.

Please note that the tattoo sizes shown on our site correspond to the size of the transfer paper on which they are printed. It is important to understand that the tattoo itself is slightly smaller than the paper format. This difference is due to the margin needed for precise, non-overflowing application of the tattoo to the skin. This margin is also important in the printing and cutting process of the tattoos.

We recommend taking this information into account when choosing your tattoo, keeping in mind the actual dimensions of the design on the skin. If you have any doubts about the specific size of a tattoo and its final appearance, please feel free to contact us. 2.1 - Storage of the Product Before Application

We recommend using your temporary tattoos within 3 months of receipt, in order to guarantee an optimal result.

Before application, store the product in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and UV rays, and away from contact with water. Avoid areas that are too hot, too cold, or too humid. The recommended storage temperature is between 19°C and 26°C maximum.

Failure to comply with these storage conditions may alter the quality of the ink and affect the tattoo's appearance. The Flash Tattoo cannot be held liable for any deterioration of the product resulting from storage that does not comply with these recommendations.

3 - Accuracy of Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our site. At our sole discretion, we may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or with the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will make every effort to notify you using the email address and/or billing address/phone number you provided when placing the order.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We ask that you provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date purchase and account information when making purchases on our site. Please also make sure to promptly update your account and other associated information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and their expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you if necessary.

4 - Orders

Placing an order on our website https://www.the-flash-tattoo.com is a simple and secure process. Whether you are a new customer or a returning one, follow our step-by-step instructions to place your order with confidence.

Step 1: Add products to your cart. To get started, browse our collection of temporary tattoos and select the products that match your preferences. You can browse through the different categories, filter by collection, or search for specific designs. Once you have found a tattoo you like, click the "Add to cart" button to place it in your cart; this "add to cart" button is also represented by an icon (a small drawing) symbolizing a "basket". You can also choose the quantity you want on each product page.

Step 2: Edit and confirm your cart. Once you have added products to your cart, you can access it by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page. In the cart, you can adjust the quantity of each product, remove items, or add discount codes if applicable. Be sure to carefully check your order details before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Secure checkout process. Once you are satisfied with your cart selection, click the "Checkout" button to proceed to payment. You will be redirected to our secure checkout process managed by Shopify, which takes place in three steps:

Entering shipping information: You will need to provide your shipping address details, including your name, address, and contact information. Be sure to fill in all required fields accurately for a smooth delivery.
Confirming the shipping method: You will be able to choose the shipping method that suits you best from the options offered. We will ensure that your order is shipped quickly and securely to reach your desired destination.
Entering payment details: To finalize your order, you will need to securely provide your payment details. Rest assured that we use secure payment methods to protect your confidential information.

Order summary: Throughout the checkout process, you will see a detailed order summary on your right-hand side. You will be able to see a photo of each product, the quantity ordered, and the total price before and after any applicable discount. This allows you to review your order details one last time before finalizing it.

4.1 - Free Gift Item

We offer a free tattoo with every customer order. This offer is not permanent and may be discontinued at any time.

This offer is not mandatory for the buyer. The buyer may decline their free gift by simply messaging our support team.
There will never be more than 1 free item per order. If your cart shows more than 1 free item, this is a technical error that does not reflect reality. Any attempt to increase the quantity of the free gift will not be accepted, regardless of the technical issue, technical flaw, or attempted exploit by a user.
This free item cannot be shipped without the purchase of at least 1 paid item on our online store. In the event of a technical issue allowing a user to place an order containing only the free item, we reserve the right to cancel and refund such order.
The free item is not considered an item for purposes of the volume discount system described below: 2 items -5%, 3 items -10%, 4 items -15%, 5 to 9 items -20%, 10+ items -25%.

4.2 - Promotional Codes

Discount codes offered by The Flash Tattoo (promotional codes, welcome codes, partner offers, etc.) cannot be combined with each other, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time they are issued. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.

These codes also cannot be combined with the automatic volume discount system described in article 4.1 (2 items -5%, 3 items -10%, 4 items -15%, 5 to 9 items -20%, 10+ items -25%), unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time the code is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the application of a promotional code that is used fraudulently, used for purposes other than intended (resale, unauthorized mass sharing), or expired.

5 - Pricing and Payment

All our prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. When placing your order, you can view the price summary for each product in the "Size and Pricing" section. We ensure full transparency regarding the costs of our temporary tattoos.

To make your shopping experience easier, we accept online payments by credit card, as well as other secure payment methods. You can choose the payment method that suits you best during the secure checkout step on our site. Rest assured that your payment information will be processed securely and confidentially. Please note that products remain the property of The Flash Tattoo until your order has been paid in full.

We would like to inform you that our product prices are subject to change without notice. Similarly, we reserve the right, at any time, to modify or suspend the Service, including any part or content thereof, without notice.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. They will be clearly displayed before purchase confirmation.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the original shipping fees, unless the customer chose a shipping method more expensive than the standard option offered.

5.1 - Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback) initiated with your bank or payment provider for an order that was actually delivered or that conforms to what was ordered, we reserve the right to provide the relevant banking and payment organizations with any useful evidence (order confirmation, proof of delivery, correspondence with our customer service) in order to contest such claim.

An unjustified payment dispute — that is, one not based on any legitimate grounds (product not received despite proof of delivery, non-conforming product without a prior complaint to our customer service) — may be treated as an attempted fraud. In such a case, we reserve the right to refuse any future order from the same customer and to take the necessary steps with the relevant organizations.

We strongly encourage our customers to contact us directly in the event of a problem with their order before initiating any bank dispute process, as our customer service is committed to handling any legitimate complaint as quickly as possible.

6 - Product and Service Availability

Certain products or services are exclusively available online on our website. Please note that these products or services may be subject to limited quantities and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our current return policy. We strive to present the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee an exact color match with what is displayed on your computer screen.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit sales of our products or services to certain individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions. This restriction may be applied on a case-by-case basis. In addition, we also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. Please note that all product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

It is important to note that all product or service offers made on our site are void where prohibited by law. We cannot guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material you purchase or obtain from our site will meet your expectations. 6.1 - Inventory Error and Stock Shortage

Despite our efforts to keep our stock levels updated in real time, it may happen that an ordered and paid-for product turns out to be unavailable at the time your order is being prepared, particularly in the event of a discrepancy between the displayed stock and the actual stock available in our warehouse (counting error, last unit sold simultaneously to another customer, logistical incident).

This situation does not result from negligence on our part, but from a risk inherent to large-scale inventory management. In such a case, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you, according to your preference: a full refund for the item concerned, its replacement with an equivalent product, or the option to wait for restocking. The rest of your order will be shipped as normal.

7 - Shipping

At The Flash Tattoo, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your temporary tattoos without delay. Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and the weight of your order. We work with reliable carriers to ensure secure and fast delivery of your products.

We place great importance on customer satisfaction and strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience, including in terms of shipping. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help.

7.1 - Shipping & Timeframe

We are committed to shipping your orders within 48 hours to 12 business days for France, and up to 20 business days for deliveries within Europe and internationally. These timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, or in the event of force majeure.

Force Majeure:

We cannot be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to events of force majeure, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
Fires, explosions, or other serious accidents.
Pandemics or epidemics.
Labor disputes (carrier strikes, blockades, etc.).
Transport disruptions (traffic issues, road closures, etc.).
Administrative or political decisions (embargoes, customs restrictions, international sanctions).
Major failures of computer networks or logistics infrastructure.

If your order is affected by a force majeure event, we will inform you as soon as possible.

7.2 - Shipping and Refunds

Refund timeframe: In the event of non-receipt of a parcel, a refund can only be considered after a period of 45 days from the shipping date, in order to account for any exceptional delays.

Parcel marked as "delivered" by the carrier: if tracking indicates that the parcel was "delivered to your mailbox" according to postal services or our carrier, a refund will only be possible under the following conditions:

you must file an official claim with the relevant postal services or carrier and provide us with proof of this claim;
you must also provide a sworn statement confirming that you did not receive your order.

Procedure for refund eligibility when the parcel is marked as "delivered": The customer must initiate a claim with the postal service and send our team a copy of the proof of claim so the case can be processed.

7.3 - Uncollected Parcels at Pickup Points

If your parcel is not collected within the timeframe allotted by the pickup point or carrier (generally between 5 and 14 days depending on the carrier and pickup point), it will be automatically returned to us.

We are not required to reship an uncollected parcel a second time. If you would still like to receive your order, a new shipment can be arranged, subject to payment of new shipping fees.

Failing any new request from you within 30 days following the return of the parcel, we will proceed with a refund of your order amount, minus the original shipping fees and the return shipping costs incurred by our company.

7.4 - Incorrect Address Provided by the Customer

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at the time of ordering. In the event of an error or inaccuracy in the address provided (street number, postal code, recipient's name, selected pickup point) resulting in the loss, return, or delay of the parcel, our company cannot be held liable.

If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of a new shipment will be the customer's responsibility. If the parcel is permanently lost due to an incorrect address, no refund can be claimed.

We invite you to carefully check your shipping address before confirming your order, as it cannot be modified once the order has been transmitted to our carrier.

8 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

8.1 - Returns

At The Flash Tattoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you decide to change your mind or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision. The process is explained in the "Shipping and Returns" section.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return products in order to ensure they are properly received.

Once we have received the returned products and verified their condition, we will proceed with a refund of the amount corresponding to your original purchase. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 - Custom Tattoos

Custom tattoos — meaning products created from a design, photo, text, or any other specification provided by the customer — are made specifically for that customer and therefore cannot be offered for resale.

In accordance with Article L221-28 15° of the French Consumer Code, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. No refund, exchange, or return will be accepted for a custom tattoo, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or an error on our part (incorrect design, size not matching the order, product damaged upon receipt).

We invite you to carefully check your design, dimensions, and information before confirming your order, as these elements cannot be modified once production has begun.

8.3 - Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible through our customer service.

If your order has not yet been handed over to our carrier, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund, free of charge.

If your order is already in advanced preparation or has already been handed over to our carrier at the time of your request, we will no longer technically be able to cancel the shipment. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in article 8.1 of these Terms and Conditions, upon receipt of your parcel.

9 - User Comments and Submissions

By sending us submissions specifically requested by us (for example, contest entries) or unsolicited comments, such as creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by mail, or otherwise (collectively referred to as "comments"), you agree that we have the right to use them without restriction, at any time and on any medium. We may modify, copy, publish, distribute, translate, or otherwise use them in any manner we deem appropriate. You understand and agree that we are not required to maintain the confidentiality of comments, to compensate you for them, or to respond to them.

We reserve the right, without any obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any content that we consider, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates the intellectual property rights of any party or these terms of use.

You warrant that your comments do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other personal or property right. In addition, you agree that your comments will not contain any defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or obscene content, nor any computer virus or other malicious software that could affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead third parties as to the origin of any comment. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of your comments. We disclaim any and all liability regarding comments posted by you or by a third party.

You acknowledge that your comments must not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other personal or property right. You also agree that your comments will not contain any defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or obscene content, nor any computer virus or other malicious software that could affect the operation of the Service or any related website. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper, negligent, or non-compliant use with respect to the application instructions provided with the products, nor damage resulting from storage that does not comply with the recommendations set out in article 2.1. It is your responsibility to carefully read the instructions and follow the recommendations for optimal use.

The Flash Tattoo does not guarantee the wear duration of its temporary tattoos, which may vary depending on various factors such as skin type, tattoo placement, exposure to water, friction, and the care given to the tattoo. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow the application instructions provided with the product and to take the necessary precautions to keep the tattoo in good condition. The Flash Tattoo cannot be held liable for claims regarding the wear duration of the tattoo that do not meet the buyer's expectations.

If you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact us as soon as possible, providing specific details of the defect or incident. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with the terms of our warranty policy.

12.1 - Precautions for Use

Please note that this product is designed exclusively for application on the skin and must be used with care.

Intended users: This product is not recommended for pregnant women or children under 3 years of age.

Application areas: Please avoid applying the product to the face, neck, chest, intimate areas, or any region where the skin is irritated, damaged, or particularly sensitive.

Medical consultation in the event of pre-existing health conditions: If you have any medical history or skin conditions, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using this product.

Skin reactions: In the event that you notice redness, itching, swelling, or any other adverse skin reaction following application of the product, we advise you to immediately stop using it and to contact a healthcare professional.

12.2 - Legal Warranties

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, your products benefit from the following legal warranties:

Warranty of Conformity (2 years): products must conform to the description and characteristics advertised. In the event of non-conformity, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.
Warranty Against Hidden Defects (2 years): if a non-apparent defect renders the product unfit for its intended use, the customer may request a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.

14 - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, associated with The Flash Tattoo's products and content, are reserved. Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of The Flash Tattoo. We place great importance on protecting our intellectual property rights and will take legal action in the event of infringement.

All content present on the site www.the-flash-tattoo.com and its subdomains, including (non-exhaustive list):

Texts, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, icons, interactive elements,
Content published on our official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.),
As well as all copyrighted creations made by members of our team or our partners (including personal works).

This content is strictly subject to applicable intellectual property legislation (French Intellectual Property Code, Articles L.111-1 et seq.) and remains the exclusive property of The Flash Tattoo.

Any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, public communication, or exploitation, regardless of the medium, without express prior authorization, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Metadata embedded in original files and the dating of our content constitute admissible evidence establishing their original nature and their exclusive link to The Flash Tattoo's business.

In the event of a dispute, a flat fee of €1,000 per confirmed infringement will be claimed as compensation, without prejudice to any additional damages.

14.1 - Social Media Content

All content published on our official social media channels, including but not limited to photographs, texts, and videos, is also subject to the intellectual property rights described above. Its reproduction or reuse for commercial, promotional, or editorial purposes without express authorization is prohibited.

In the event of a confirmed infringement, The Flash Tattoo reserves the right to seek financial compensation proportional to the harm suffered.

Some publications include identifiable individuals, whose right to their own image is also protected. These individuals may be recognized by specific elements such as jewelry or home and decorative items present in the images. Any reuse of content involving these individuals without prior consent constitutes an additional violation of their legal rights.

14.2 - Misappropriation and Unfair Competition

For any confirmed infringement, The Flash Tattoo will require a flat fee of €1,000 per infringing item as compensation for damages incurred, without prejudice to any additional damages that may be sought before the competent courts.

The Flash Tattoo reserves the right to obtain a bailiff's report and/or an independent technical analysis to establish the facts of the infringement. The costs incurred for these procedures will be fully borne by the offending party, in addition to financial penalties.

In addition to this flat fee, The Flash Tattoo reserves the right to seek additional damages to cover economic, moral, or reputational harm caused by such infringements.

These tattoos are applied using a water-transfer technology and offer a hold of between 3 and 14 days maximum, depending on the placement and the care given to the tattoo. The photos in this range illustrate the realistic look and exceptional quality of these tattoos, along with their ability to blend naturally into the skin.

3- Computer-Generated Photos: It is important to note that some of our photos are computer-generated, creating unique and creative visuals. These images allow us to explore innovative designs and concepts that would be difficult to capture in reality. They also provide an accurate representation of the appearance and details of certain complex designs. These photos may be retouched or modified, with elements removed or added. The nature of the photo may be significantly altered. We reserve the right to modify all our photos, visuals, and graphics on any commercial or non-commercial medium, online or offline, including adding elements (our temporary tattoo designs), as well as moving, removing, changing the opacity, shape, shine, and size of the tattoos we use for these modifications.

If no amicable solution is found, the competent courts are the French courts, for resolving any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions. In this case, the competent court will be the one located in the city where The Flash Tattoo Family conducts its business for The Flash Tattoo. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

In the event of a dispute, we favor mediation before any legal action. If no amicable agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, specifically the court of the registered office of The Flash Tattoo Family company.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights applicable in your country of residence within the European Union.
